About Melissa

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I have worked in the field of counseling with all walks of life for over twenty years.  I believe in a compassionate, and humble approach when working with both individuals and couples. 

My primary style is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I have found this method to be successful in supporting those searching for healthier coping skills with anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and grief.  Additionally, I have significant experience in working with those who find themselves in challenging situations with substance use disorders, alcoholism, and relationship conflicts.

My goal is to offer you a safe space to take the next step that leads to a healthier mindset to persevere.
