About Sarah

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) whose goal is to create a safe, secure, and supportive environment for my clients. I work with children, teenagers, adults, and families walking through trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues.

With children, I primarily use play therapy and sand tray work, offering a safe, expressive space where children can explore emotions, experiences, and relationships through creative play. These methods are tailored to support each child’s unique developmental stage and encourage emotional regulation, problem-solving, and resilience.

With adults, I provide individual talk therapy rooted in client-centered principles and individual psychology, emphasizing self-awareness, connection, and personal meaning. Together, we explore your life story, patterns, and goals, working toward deeper insight and lasting change.

By understanding each person in the context of their environment, relationships, and neurobiology,  I believe in honoring the whole person: mind, body, and relationships across the lifespan. Whether you're seeking therapy for your child or yourself, I aim to create a supportive and collaborative space where healing and growth can happen naturally.

Outside of work, I can be found spending time with my family and friends, taking long walks with my dog, and drinking a nice cup of coffee. I also love to travel with my husband, enjoying new food, scenery, and nature, specifically sunsets.
